Great articles. Thank you for all the info, past and present. I have two questions.1) are there any references or books that you would suggest to read to get a further knowledge on movement efficiency and how to correct impingements.2) Outside of the crossfit domain, are there any certifications that you would suggest to get for added credentials, such as FMS (functional movement system) certification, or CSCS certs?
